Mila had a busy morning.
She told me that she had stuff to do around the house, 'cause stuff needed fixin'.
Later that day we decided to have a little picnic in the park. The weird part was, was that Amelia actually ate! I thought she'd just take off, but she was such a delight to observe, as she was observing. She intently ate her pb&j wrap, snacked on apple chunks, and watched the shenanigans of the other kids.
She then (wisely) used some of her licorice to entice the other kids to play with her!
