Seems I've aspired to become a crappy blogger. I'm just going to post a lot of posts, once a month.
It's the beginning of a month. It's time.
Here is a wee piece of everyday life. We've been playing games; Cooties is a favorite. Growing up, Cooties was my favorite! Fav-or-ite! So, we pulled this thing out, and I brushed up on the instructions. I now think much higher of my parents for playing such a stupid game. It's not fun. But really, who really cares what I think?
And I got skunked.
It's been wicked cold, so I've been whipping up Mommy Fellini's Chai. So tasty!
Let me define 'wicked cold'. We broke some serious records for November; even made the newspaper as being the coldest place on earth on two separate days. So proud. Then this weekend it got warm. We even got to go sledding. We didn't stay long. It was nice fluffy snow, and the first run down the hill covered the pixie in snow. JR said he couldn't even see her eyes. She was *upset*. She found it funner to push Mom or Dad down the hill, then run after.
Last Sunday, Amelia didn't go to church because it was canceled since it was -35. Today? 45. Above. I didn't even give her a coat. By the late afternoon, it was 25, and we have some serious wind. Tomorrow is going to be no good. Schools have already been canceled.
Looks like we'll be playing cooties all day!
