We decided for a lazy day out and about on Gramma Mini's birthday. As it was a beautiful day (let's be honest, it was a beautiful fall!) we went up to the University. It is perched on a hill, and has the most stupendous views of the valley. On a super clear day, the mountain range is amazing and even Mt. McKinley peaks out.
Still in search of nifty looking birch trees, we found this old redoubt.
Then some old whale skulls and ribs drying in the sun.
Then we went to go pick up Daddy at work. On our way out we went into the garden and had an impromptu photo session.
Aaahhhh, aren't we all just so sweet . . . . . . .
