For the most part, Mila does not mind shopping with me. Especially if we are going to Fred Meyers. They (being a great store) have PlayLand. One is able, for free of charge (!), to drop off their child for one hour. There are a few stipulations, such as you can't leave the store. I'm okay with that.
However, one cannot always go to the store with PlayLand. And it saddens Mila greatly. She gets bored. She gets mouthy. She plays with my phone.
Now I know what the view from the cart looks like!
