Because we are not getting enough library activities in our little town, sometimes we gotta mooch off the 'big towns' library. Or it was just dang convenient, as I think we had an appointment earlier that day. Anywhose . . . , they had a butterfly extravaganza.
I am continually amazed watching Amelia; I feel like my little toddler is becoming a girl, and I'm just not sure what happened! She is so methodical in what she does now. I try to help, and she wants NONE of that. She can do it 'my. . self'!
For this project, she created a mosaic. We spent a lot of time at this table glueing. By we, I mean I watched.
Of course, I watch on proudly.
Every space had a different color, as did each little dot. Problem is, she took dang long that she missed out on all the other activities. When this library says an hour, they mean one hour. And not a minute more, apparently.
I had to quickly gather up the other projects to take home. After all, she wasn't done with all those little dots. Heaven forbid you tell her hurry!
