Remembering how much Amelia liked having her face painted, Annette offered to do another session with Amelia. Or maybe Amelia gently reminded Annette of what a good job she did last year? Probably the latter.
So after fishing, cleaning said fish, and a much needed shower, Amelia gently prodded again. Annette is clearly a Grandma, as she has the patience of an angel. After a quick flip through the book, Amelia decided on a unicorn. Then she was putty in Annette's hands.

Then, as if we hadn't jam-packed our day enough we headed back for a little strawberry shortcake. If you will recall, my beloved turned 34 this year but was too busy fishing to really acknowledge it. Although I'm not sure that fishing was the reason for lack of acknowledgement . . .
It was mighty tasty!
It was yet another day that Amelia declared as a 'good day'!
